Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy details the cancellation and refund terms for registrations to workshops, groups, treatments and services provided by HealinBelle, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Cancelling registration to workshops & groups
You may cancel participation in a workshop, talk, one-off event or foraging walk up to 48 hours before the activity and receive a full refund, less any payment-processing fees that may apply.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the activity will not be refunded.
Requests to change the date or transfer participation to another person will be considered at the sole discretion of Inbal Ozeri and subject to availability.
Cancelling a personal treatment
Cancellation or rescheduling of a personal treatment is possible up to 48 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the treatment will not be refunded.
No-shows without prior notice will be considered as a fully used session and will not be refunded.
Late arrival by the client comes out of the scheduled session time.
Cancelling the 4-month women's process group
Cancellation by HealinBelle
HealinBelle reserves the right to postpone, change or cancel any activity, workshop, treatment, course or process due to force majeure, illness, unforeseen circumstances, low registration or any other reasonable cause.
If HealinBelle cancels, the participant will be offered one of the following:
- A partial or full refund, depending on circumstances.
- Credit toward another activity.
- Transfer to an alternative date.
If HealinBelle cancels an activity less than 24 hours before it begins, the participant will be entitled to a full refund or an alternative solution offered by the business.
Payment & holding a spot
A spot in any activity, treatment, workshop, group, course or event is reserved only once payment has been received.
Until payment is made, HealinBelle does not commit to holding a spot or a date in the calendar.
No guarantee that an activity will open
Opening of groups, workshops and programs is conditional on a minimum number of participants.
HealinBelle may postpone or cancel any activity that does not reach the required number of participants.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via one of the following:

The request must include: full name, phone number, the service you registered for, and the date of purchase.
Cancellation fees & processing costs
Where the participant is entitled to a refund, HealinBelle may deduct payment-processing costs, credit-card fees or any payment fees actually charged by external providers.
Where the Israeli Consumer Protection Law applies, its provisions will apply in addition to this policy.
When the refund is issued
Refunds owed under this policy will be issued via the original payment method used for the transaction, or by another method as determined by HealinBelle.
The refund will be processed within up to 14 business days from confirmation of the cancellation.
