Health Declaration & Liability Waiver

The services, activities, workshops, talks, groups, processes, treatments and content offered by HealinBelle are intended for enrichment, learning, personal development, wellbeing, body-and-soul connection and support for processes of change.

The services do not constitute medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, do not constitute medical diagnosis and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, treatment or monitoring.

Any medical decision shall be taken by the participant only in consultation with certified medical professionals.

By registering for any activity you declare that:

• My state of health allows me to take part in the activity I registered for.
• I do not suffer from any medical limitation that could endanger me or others during participation.
• I have provided full and accurate information about my health status as requested.
• I will report in advance any pregnancy, injury, illness, medical limitation, physical or mental limitation, significant medication, or any condition that could affect my participation.
• I understand that I must stop any activity in case of pain, discomfort or unusual sensation.
• I take personal responsibility for my health and my physical and mental state during participation.

In the following cases medical clearance is recommended before participation, and the participant should notify us in advance:

• Pregnancy
• Heart and vascular disease
• Uncontrolled blood pressure
• Epilepsy
• Significant orthopedic injuries
• Active chronic illness
• Significant mobility limitations
• Active psychiatric treatment
• Complex mental health conditions
• Any medical condition that may be affected by physical activity, movement, emotional work or activity in nature

Participation in any activity, class, treatment, workshop, group, retreat, foraging walk, talk or process offered by HealinBelle is the personal and sole responsibility of the participant.

The participant understands that some activities may include movement, dance, physical activity, emotional work, time in nature, breathing exercises or personal-development processes.

The participant releases HealinBelle and Inbal Ozeri from any liability for direct or indirect physical, emotional or property damage, except where it is determined by law that the damage resulted from proven negligence.

The participant is responsible for using personal judgment and acting within her abilities and limitations.

Whenever there is any medical, physical or mental doubt, it is recommended to consult a doctor or a certified professional before participating.

The participant is responsible for informing HealinBelle of any material change in her health status before or during the activity.

Naturopathic consultation, herbal medicine, Bach flower remedies, aromatherapy, energy healing or any other complementary therapeutic tool are provided as complementary medicine only.

These services are not a substitute for conventional medicine, medical diagnosis, medical tests or medical treatment.

Do not stop, change or reduce any prescribed medication without the instruction of a certified doctor.

Any decision regarding the participant's health is made under her personal responsibility.

Foraging walks & wild plants

Information shared during foraging walks, talks, workshops and site content is intended for learning and enrichment only.

Do not rely on this information for independent identification, foraging or consumption of wild plants without appropriate training.

Any independent use of the information or of wild plants is at the participant's sole responsibility.

Group processes & emotional work

Women's groups, circles and group processes may include personal sharing, awareness work, self-inquiry and emotional work.

This is not psychological or psychiatric treatment.

The participant is responsible for sharing at a level appropriate for her and for acting in accordance with her personal abilities.

HealinBelle does not guarantee any specific therapeutic, emotional or personal outcome.

Registration for any activity constitutes confirmation that you have read this health declaration and waiver, understood them and agreed to their terms.
