Healing in Motion is a healing space held outdoors — where the body softens, the breath settles, and emotion finds room to move. A weave of movement, mindfulness, breathwork, holistic tools and herbal awareness, guided gently and professionally.


A private 60–120 minute session in the forest, by the beach, or in a natural setting that fits you. Movement, mindful walking, emotional processing, holistic tools and a deep return to the body — tailored to you.
